Sofa Hayat ..British Asian Actress making waves in India!

Sept. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Since last year when she signed her first Bollywood film, Sofia has become a huge star in India. Sofia was already acting in the UK, but then the offer of a Bollywood film sent Sofia to India.

"I didn't think I would ever work let alone live in India and now I have an apartment here. I has been like a whirlwind really. After one film, the work just poured in":

Sofia is currently shooting a show called "SuperDude" on India's biggest channel, UTV Bindaas. The show has a huge cult following.

Sofia was last seen in the BAFTA award winning series FUR TV which aired world wide and was translated in over 5 different languages. Sofia's character of a Latino Bombshell won her a legion of fans all over the world. In March 2012, she played the lead in the first British produced Bollywood film, "Naachle London", which will release in India in a month.

Will she be coming back to Blghty?

"I miss the UK a lot, it's my home and country, and I have been doing auditions for films there, and if it doesn't clash with my commitments here, I will be back. I am coming back  for Christmas, and early next year will be shooting a film in Devon.

Sofia is already toping polls as one of the most sexiest and popular actresses in India.
