As part of a previously announced restructuring, Tata Power Solar is now awholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power – the largest integrated power company in India.
In addition, Tata Power Solar also announced a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Ajay Goel – an alumnus of IIT-Delhi with an MBA from the University of Chicago. He bringsover 20 years of broad industry experience to the team, with the last five years deeply focused on leading and transforming the face of the solar industry in North America.
Under the leadership of their new CEO, Ajay Goel, TataPower Solar is ready to take the solar business forward with renewed vigor.
Commenting on the new identity of the over two decade old Company, Mr. Adi Engineer, Chairman, Tata Power Solar, expressed confidence that the Company would continue on the growth trajectory with the same passion and zeal that it has displayed since its inception.
