@NewVentureFunds is a web platform that facilitates investor access into private businesses.

It is currently in new development phase and is looking for investors, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs to use it. It uses Twitter to authenticate users.

There are two dashboards. You must provide either #nvfi as an investor or #nvfe as an entrepreneur in your Twitter profile to be directed to the correct dashboard. On the entrepreneur dashboard you can input information about your business, such as it's stage, which determines what further information to input, such as finances and pitch deck, business plan and fully completed financial statements. On the investor dashboard, investors can filter entrepreneur deals based on their criteria, such as investment amount, location, and stage. Also, both dashboards allow you to view profiles of businesses and enable you to enter the "Boiler Room" where frank feedback is provided to entrepreneurs.

The platform will help increase economic efficiency and provide exposure.
