Aug. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- SALT LAKE CITY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce the addition of Brock Worthen as an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy and commercial litigation groups in Salt Lake City. He joins Snell & Wilmer from the law firm of Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough.

Worthen’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy, reorganizations, and commercial litigation.  He represents debtors, creditors and committees in numerous federal, state and bankruptcy actions; represents secured lenders in litigation in state and federal forums; and represents businesses in a variety of commercial disputes. Worthen received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and his bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Utah. During law school, he was an extern for Judge Michael McConnell of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and worked for the Institute for Justice, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving entrepreneurs.
