Florida Roofers Set to Begin Work on the Legendary Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club

Having committed to more than $50 million in luxurious and modern upgrades, Michael and Henry Watkins are bringing their family’s historic hotel into the new millennium. These renovations include the installation of several new roof systems across the hotel complex. The scope of the work is substantial, requiring expertise with Alpine steel trusses, aluminum standing seam roofing and a modified bitumen membrane system. The project also calls for the removal and replacement of approximately 20,000 sq ft of flat roofing and approximately 7,000 sq ft of trusses/metal roofing.

The project is scheduled to start in August and conclude in October with improvements being made to the new Everglades dining room, Promenade rooms, kitchen areas and several other buildings.
