Romania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece and Montenegro have all signed both onshore and offshore exploration agreements following the successful example of Croatia, Albania and Serbia. As the offshore fields have yet to be properly exploited, the Summit is an opportunity for companies to secure participation in a region where governments are eager to tap into their own natural resources.
