Chef Lee comes to The Peninsula Chicago from Eleven Madison Park in New York, a three- Michelin-star restaurant, where he held the position of Sous Chef for three years. While Chef Lee was at Eleven Madison Park, the restaurant achieved The New York Times’ coveted Four Stars, earned its Michelin stars and a Top Ten ranking in San Pellegrino’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Currently, Chef Lee and The Peninsula Chicago’s award-winning culinary team are developing enticing new dining concepts for the restaurant, including updated evening table settings, floral arrangements, lighting and, of course, menus that will feature Chef Lee’s passion for food and flavor.
“We welcome Chef Lee to The Lobby with excitement and anticipation of his unique style and flavorful cuisine that our guests, Chicagoans and visitors alike will soon experience.
