          The Shape Sherpa Premiers “My Preventive Purpose” Tour in Chicago

Chicago, IL - Jordan P. Vappie “the Shape Sherpa,” your fitness guide to improved health, physical fitness and well-being is launching the “My Preventive Purpose Tour,” in Chicago, September 13 - September 15. The tour’s mission is to guide individuals on their fitness journeys, preventing unhealthy lifestyle habits and implementing healthier living patterns. The tour aims to ensure long-term success as the Shape Sherpa provides his recommendations through interactive sessions, invigorating fitness demonstrations and valuable lifestyle tips.

On Thursday September 13, 2012 at 7pm the “My Preventive Purpose Tour” will kick off at the “Healthy Lifestyle Event” at House of Trend (688 North Milwaukee Avenue). The event will feature healthy foods from the Shape Sherpa’s suggested meal plan prepared by Chef Allen from Chicago’s premier Cajun style restaurant, Le FleurDe Lis. Guests will have the opportunity to partake in a healthy food and drink tasting.

On Friday September 14, 2012 at 8:30am the Shape Sherpa will lead, “Jordan’s Office Bootcamp” at participating corporate offices in Chicago’s central loop. Corporate teams will use the Shape Sherpa’s Straight Line Workout system to team build, increase productivity and build office morale.

The finale of the Chicago tour will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 as the Shape Sherpa takes over Core Fitness (1030 W. North Avenue), providing his renowned 20 minute workout plan with the Straight Line Workout System. Guests will not only be able to review the Straight Line Workout System but will also enjoy healthy fruit smoothies.
