Sumberg, has been elected as Chair of the Audit Committee and appointed to the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation (GMJF). Mr. Sumberg will be responsible for helping the organization fulfill its mission to mobilize human and financial resources for those in need; strengthen Jewish life; and advance the unity, values and shared purpose of the Jewish people in Miami, Israel and around the world.

With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Sumberg routinely handles all types of complex real property transactions and has represented clients in a wide variety of matters involving commercial and residential properties. In the corporate area, Mr. Sumberg provides counsel to a variety of closely held businesses including family businesses, representing clients in asset and stock purchases, corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership formations and general corporate matters.

Mr. Sumberg is highly involved in civic and charitable organizations throughout Miami. He serves on the Board of the Sundari Foundation and the United Way of Miami-Dade. Mr. Sumberg also supports Voices for Children, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, and Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc.
