Attendees can choose from four tracks of programming – substantive law, legal technology, effective and ethical practice, and practice fundamentals – with topics ranging from healthcare reform for small employers and going paperless in the real world, to the 10 things judges wish you knew about legal writing, and technology and the rules of professional conduct. The plenary speaker at Thursday evening’s dinner is Todd Winegar, who will present his “Trials of the Century Overview” program Other special events include Ben Neiburger's “Baby Boomers, The Age Wave, and the Commoditization of the Practice of Law: How to Survive the Storm” and co-exist with Legal Zoom, Rocket Lawyer and other form producers; and Comedians at Law, hot off their six-city national club tour – Lawmageddon 2012.
