Trifecta Gallery features 7 new parametric artworks by Brian Henry.

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 29, 2012 - Brian Henry approaches his work in modern media that manifest one-of-a-kind pieces using machines that utilize computer programs Henry himself authors. The Trifecta Gallery September exhibition, Mens et Manus, has been over a year in the making with a lifetime of experience by Henry. The show will reveal the artists latest "mortal" and "immortal" machines at the public preview September 6 from 6-8pm. The "mortal" machines are bound to the physical realm, using computer controlled motors to move elements into thousands of unique permutations. The "immortal" machines use computer controlled optical devices to render an infinite number of unique artworks bound only by the possibilities of the artists authored programs at work. Not to be confused with video art or simply mechanized sculptures, Henry's parametric works are generating in real time and each image is an ephemeral moment from an infinite number of possibilities.

An interdisciplinary artist, Brian Henry has always created works in a wide variety media. He is best known for his ability to bring his inspired concepts to life through a masterful balance of innovative technology and ground breaking design. Currently he is the Senior Design Associate at YESCO, the world leader in signage and lighting. Brian’s designs can be seen illuminating venues from the Las Vegas Strip to Atlantic City’s boardwalk to the banks of Hong Kong Harbor.  "Trifecta Gallery is particularly pleased to have Mr. Henry make his work available to our collectors since most often his work is seen in public form. Artists and Collectors are encouraged to attend the public panel discussion with Brian Henry in the gallery September 22 from 6-8pm.  Trifecta Gallery artist panel discussions are always informative and give visitors a chance to meet the artist in an informal setting.
