It would be frustrating as a customer to know that there is a better way to do something, that would free up staff, keep costs under control, and improve automation, but decide not to take advantage of it. Unfortunately, these types of tasks are the simplest and easiest to automate, so why is it that so many companies are stuck in the same rut doing things how they were done decades ago.
In our opinion, there is a massive shift of Homeowners Associations, Rental Property Owners, and other customers that are beginning to wake up and realize that when their Management Company is not proactively doing these easy tasks, most likely they are falling behind in other tasks as well.
As a forward thinking company, Inventive Property Management is already automating these types of task for multiple reasons. First it works to free up our staff to focus on our customers. Instead of spending hours manually filling out green cards, we use this time working directly with our clients either on site, or focusing on the different goals or objectives we have discussed.
Secondly, since we are leveraging technology and allowing our resources to free up, we are also keeping our costs under control, which allows us to provide a much better pricing structure to our clients. Customers do not want to pay high prices due to the problems going on inside the company maintaining their asset, they want the best value for the money.
The reason we like to bring these points up is because many customers simply do not know, or understand the services and benefits they are missing out on. Especially with something as simple as certified mail, if it is so complicated to figure out a better way to handle these items... what else is the customer missing out on?
