Carol Wagoner Of Hill, Chesson & Woody Receives 2012 Women In Business Award

The Women in Business awards program recognizes Triangle women who have proven to be dynamic and outstanding leaders with established track records of significant accomplishments in business and/or community service. Wagoner is one of 26 recipients named this year from among more than 160 entries submitted for the award. Triangle Business Journal honored the 2012 award recipients at a luncheon held on Aug. 23 at the Sheraton Imperial RTP hotel in Durham.

With more than 15 years of management experience, Wagoner uses her knowledge and skills to help position the HCW team to provide the most effective services and solutions to its clients. She also serves as organizational development consultant and advisor to the HCW executive team in areas of organizational development, risk management and strategy. In her roles, Wagoner focuses on the design, operation and improvement of the internal systems that create and deliver the HCW experience. She holds leadership roles in various community organizations, including the American Business Women’s Association, the Junior League of Raleigh and the N.C. Governor’s Inaugural Ball.
