With more than 15 years of management experience, Wagoner uses her knowledge and skills to help position the HCW team to provide the most effective services and solutions to its clients. She also serves as organizational development consultant and advisor to the HCW executive team in areas of organizational development, risk management and strategy. In her roles, Wagoner focuses on the design, operation and improvement of the internal systems that create and deliver the HCW experience. She holds leadership roles in various community organizations, including the American Business Women’s Association, the Junior League of Raleigh and the N.C. Governor’s Inaugural Ball.
