EU, originally launched in Phoenix in 2011, is for entrepreneurs, senior-level managers, professionals and not-for-profit executives. Classes are offered from September - November, and are free to attendees. You do not need to be a client of Enterprise Bank & Trust to attend.
The Fall EU classes cover a variety of business topics. Courses offered range from creating a digital marketing plan and understanding how to develop a strong relationship with a bank to learning about how to write and implement an effective business plan and knowing how to handle difficult employee situations. Two new classes are introduced this semester.
Attendees take classes that are divided among four tracks, which include:
• Series 200: Marketing and Sales Management
• Series 300: Financial Management
• Series 400: Leadership Effectiveness
• Series 500: Improving Your Financial Fitness
