After travelling the world to hone in on his expertise at places such as Vidal Sassoon, Kim Robinson returned to his beloved Hong Kong where he opened his own self-named studio, kimrobinson, where he has marked his home base for more than three decades. Equipped with a fantastic and enthusiastic staff, kimrobinson has gone from a high class studio to a one of a kind and prestigious place of relaxation and beauty.
Since opening his studio, Kim Robinson has gone above and beyond with his proteges, training and perfecting their techniques as well as his own. Each of his staff members is armed with the knowledge of Kim Robinson’s signature dry cut, a style of hair cutting that ensures the proper shape that is catered to each individual.
Kim Robinson’s story does not end at the beginning of his studio, however. In fact, kimrobinson was merely yet another launching point for him. With clientele such as Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, this busy man is continuously moving, learning, and adapting to the changing seasons as his looks continue to crop up in magazines such as French Vogue. Meanwhile, his studios grow from Hong Kong to Singapore and Beijing, opening more opportunities for himself and his collection of fabulous staff members.
