Republic of the Philippines Announces Investor Presentations in Australia

Aug. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Manila, Philippines, 29 August 2012 – The Government of the Republic of the Philippines (ROP) today announced that it is scheduled to conduct investor presentations in Australia from September 12 – 14, 2012. The ROP team will be in Sydney on September 12 and 13 and in Melbourne on September 14.

Attendees:  Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP/Central Bank of the Philippines) Assistant Governor Ma. Cyd Amador, National Treasurer Roberto Tan, Public-Private Partnership Center Executive Director Cosette Canilao and BSP-Investor Relations Office Executive Director Claro Fernandez

Date:  September 12 – 14, 2012

Venue:  Sydney and Melbourne, Australia

ANZ, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Macquarie will assist the ROP in organizing the investor meetings and presentations.

The ROP will update Australia-based investors, analysts and the media on the country’s continuing growth story and policy thrusts to attain the twin goals of inclusive growth and investment grade credit rating.
