'The Venue' Banquet Hall to Open Fall 2012 at Fountains Center in Boca Raton

Aug. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- BOCA RATON, Fla. – Here’s good news for area residents, businesses and professional event and meeting planners: New banquet facilities are coming to Boca Raton this fall. Named “The Venue,” the banquet hall will be located at 7600 West Camino Real within The Fountains office and retail park, just off Powerline Road between Palmetto Park Road and S.W. 18 Street. Anticipated opening is in late October.

The Venue at Fountains Center, LLC recently signed a long-term lease for more than 2,000 square feet next door to Asia Restaurant.  Ayal Frist with the commercial realty firm of Stateland Brown brokered the transaction for both the tenant and the landlord, Boca Medical Plaza, LLC.

The interior space will have a catering kitchen, area for dancing, stage and riser for entertainment (whether it’s a deejay, harpist or band), and a bar. Additionally, an outdoor patio overlooking a garden and fountains will be the perfect backdrop for any occasion. The indoor and outdoor spaces collectively will be large enough to accommodate up to 175 guests.

“The landlord is delighted that The Venue selected Fountains Center as its location,” Frist said. “Situated in the heart of Boca, it is convenient for many people. Plus, the centerpiece of the mixed-use park is its garden courtyard with fountains, waterfalls, foot bridges and walkways, making it very pedestrian friendly. We’re sure that guests coming to The Venue will appreciate this very beautiful setting.”

He also pointed out that The Venue will have a strikingly dramatic entrance along with abundant perimeter parking, making it an ideal location for a banquet facility.

Space can be reserved for conferences or special occasions, from a Bris or Bar or Bat Mitzvah to a Sweet 16 party, birthday/anniversary celebrations, medical or pharmaceutical presentations, and organization functions. “The list is virtually endless,” Frist said.

“Customers will be able to bring in their own caterers, decorations and entertainment, or they may consult with The Venue’s very own on-site event planner, Sue Andron. With 30-plus years experience in the field, Sue has all of the vendor connections and will take the stress away so customers will feel like a guest at their own party,” he also pointed out.
