Akadema Endorser Derek Holland Gets His 9th Win Of The Season

Aug. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Hawthorne, NJ – August 28, 2012 – Akadema endorser, Derek Holland, got his 9th win of the season by beating Cy Young candidate David Price, and the Tampa Bay Rays.  Holland only let up 3 earned runs, and had 5 strikeouts.  Holland finished the game by retiring the last six batters that he faced.  Holland is now 9-6 with a 4.90 ERA, and 108 strikeouts.  For his career, Holland is 36-28, with a 4.78 ERA, 5 complete games, 5 shutouts, and 431 strikeouts.  Holland uses a Custom ATY 32, in black, 12-inch, style Akadema glove.  Akadema re-signed Holland to a glove contract in 2012.
