Consulting Alliance Sponsors "Roadmap to Results" Regional Competition for 20th Business Anniversary

Aug. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- The Consulting Alliance is sponsoring "Roadmap to Results," a regional competition open to area for-profit, not-for-profit and public organizations located within 60 miles of downtown Albany, NY. Valued at $24,000, the competition award provides the winning organization with a limited four-day consulting engagement that will result in a customized roadmap to help the winning organization reach its desired goals.

Applications must be submitted electronically to the Consulting Alliance at Applications@ConsultingAlliance.org by 5 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, October 10, 2012.

This complimentary engagement includes a formal review and assessment of the organization’s business challenges and opportunities and a full-day briefing session with the senior management team. The process culminates in a half-day meeting during which a set of strategic recommendations will be presented showing how the organization can achieve its objectives. The “Roadmap to Results” project will be delivered by a team of seasoned, professional consultants hand-picked to match the winning company’s specific needs.
