In today’s recovering housing market we are finding that we are more and more often providing many different creative ways for our buyers to purchase our properties.  We may offer them contract for deed or lease option or maybe even getting down to business with a seller financed transaction.  On the flip side more and more real estate investors are purchasing non-performing notes as a way to help solve the mortgage crisis and get more transactions.  The third option that more real estate investors are offering is private loans for fellow investors.

This event is planned for Tuesday September 11th from 6pm to 9pm.  This monthly meeting will be held at Career Education System Classrooms located inside of Ward Parkway Shopping Center at 8600 Ward Parkway, Kansas City Missouri.  .The costs is no charge for Investor & Business Members of MAREI, $25 for Investor and Non-Members at the door and only $15 for Investor and Non-Members when pre-registering through our website.  Note we have memberships available to fit all budgets.   Seating is limited to 100 people.
