August 27, 2012 – San Francisco, CA Sound for Good along with 60 electronic music artists from around the world have come together with the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDCS) to defend whales and dolphins all around the world. Each year, hundreds of thousands of whales and dolphins are injured or killed from vessel strikes, entanglements in fishing gear, pollution, and whaling. WDCS works to reduce and eradicate these threats through a combination of education, outreach, campaigning, legislative change, and scientific research. The Sound for Good record label has partnered with the WDCS to protect whales and dolphins by offering the new release, "OCEANS" by Various Artists exclusively to everyone who donates just $1 USD (or more) to the WDCS.
