Mr. Elizondo’s 20 plus years experience also includes positions in private waste companies as a site engineer, district engineer, region engineer, general manager and district manager with P&L responsibility for landfills and transfer stations in Central Texas and the Houston area. He has also provided technical support to projects in Mexico and Central and South America. His diverse project experience includes constructing infrastructure and strategic planning to acquire required permits and implement new landfill designs; guidance, training and support to field staff for assuring regulatory compliance of operating landfills and transfer stations, regulatory reporting requirements and environmental monitoring requirements;
Mr. Elizondo earned a B.S., Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is working towards a M.S., in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Mr. Elizondo is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers; the American Society of Civil Engineers; the National Solid Waste Management Association;
