Aug. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Cape Town, South Africa - Labelled British, the South African golf apparel distributor and importer of IJP Designs into South Africa recently announced a junior golfer from Cape Town was invited to the 7th annual IJP Invitational that was held on July 23 2012. The company also reports that it is seeing tremendous growth in South Africa, as well as seeing its winter range selling well.

The company said recently in a press release that Junior South African golfer Steven Raath, who plays for Steenberg Golf Club in Cape Town, has been invited to attend the 7th annual IJP Invitational to be held on July 23 2012. The IJP invitational now entering its 7th year will be held at Woburn Golf club, Milton Keys in the United Kingdom and is a great platform for junior golfers to not only raise the game but to hang out with Ian Poulter, who has been ranked as high as number 5 on the PGA. The tournament hosts 120 juniors from around the UK and gets airtime on Skysports, as well as on Supersport here in South Africa.

Labelled British also said that it is the fastest growing franchise of the IJP Designs worldwide group. Offering a stylish alternative to more traditional golf brands, Labelled British said that it has seen strong growth in its brand on golf courses countrywide.

Kevin Kyle, Managing Director of Labelled British was reported as saying, “We are the fastest growing franchise in the IJP Designs group and have increased our sales year on year by 10%. We have leap frogged Australia and the UAE and are currently doing half of Europe’s (sales) excluding England.”

The company also reported that it is happy over by the success of the winter range which is available countrywide in select golf shops and Proshops. All stockists have said that the general golfing public has been thrilled at having an alternative to the traditional brands which have tended to be very middle of the road.

Mr Kyle, commented further: “Design, functionality and technicality all combine to make a superior product than what is currently available.”
