StrongFast Fitness Using Blitzometer Online Technology

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 27, 2012 - StrongFast Fitness, a personal training studio in Cheektowaga, announced today that it is using the web-based fitness platform blitzometer.com. The blitzometer.com site was developed by GSELearning Software, a company in the UB Technology Incubator in Amherst.

The software helps create and track customized workouts called "Blitzes" for clients while facilitating trainer-client communication and accountability. It also provides back-end tools for payments, reporting, and client administration, plus community tools such as forums and blogs.

StrongFast Fitness is a private fitness studio delivering personal training with a focus on helping adults look, feel, and move better. StrongFast uses blitzometer to provide custom training programs--including activities to do independently--to its personal training clients, and to schedule and track metabolic resistance training classes for its members working in small groups.

StrongFast Fitness was started by GSELearning Software president and long-time martial arts trainer Gary Schmid to test and develop the software in a real-world environment. The blitzometer.com software will continue development in collaboration with StrongFast as new functionality is identified to better serve its clients.
