On Sunday, August 12, Toyota of Scranton team members drove five vehicles to the starting line at the Wilkes University Henry Student Center. Our main mission was to drive along both the 36 and 62 mile bike trails providing aid to any rider who needed it. The rides began at 8:15am and continued through the afternoon until each participant arrived at the finish line safe and sound. Although there were a few detours to the course, due to downed power lines in the Kingston area, the ride was truly a success.
Our team members were honored to have been a part of this amazing event. “Personally, it was an extremely rewarding experience working with people who were so dedicated to the cause. The tireless efforts of the volunteers who helped organize and execute the event were priceless. I am looking forward to being a part of the event again next year”, stated General Sales Manager, Joe Ross.
