9 months ago last week, Thailand Camp released their new Weight Loss Program to the public. Included, is a range of fitness and weight loss training sessions, alongside 3 health meals per day and 1 diet shake.

Now, since many guests have now been through the program, we went to invesigate to see what kind of results were being achieved.
3 guests at Thailand Camp approached us and one said, "having been to other camps like these in Phuket, this one is most certainly the best. The others focus on just Muay Thai training and a bit of fitness, but Thailand Camp has a wide selection of programs to suit us.
