Other than my digital camera, I have never used a "touch screen" device. Although there were problems with the wireless connectivity, once solved the Kindle Fire has lived up to my expectations. Once learned, it is both easy and comfortable to use. I still prefer to read traditional books, but use the Kindle to look up information and send and receive emails. Once winter sets in and a storm precludes driving to the library, I will download and try the Kindle as a reader.
Customer Review: I love my kindle, great for reading, surfing for bargain book deals and kids use it for watching Netflix too.....BUT, the app section for searching is too slow!! When I hit for the keypad to search it takes forever and drives me nuts. It's not my network, it does it everywhere I go. Other than that, I love it
