The Springs Living, LLC has announced that David MacVicar has joined the company as a partner and as Chief Executive Officer.
MacVicar was most recently Senior Vice President and Western Region Manager of KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Healthcare Finance Group, a leading provider of construction, mini-perm, acquisition, bridge and permanent financing to the healthcare and senior housing industry. He brings over 24 years of healthcare banking experience to the company and will bring vision and strategy as well as management of the organization for The Springs Living.

MacVicar earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry from Miami University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Kent State University, specializing in Finance and Economics.
