Mainfreight Usa Appoints New Branch Manager At Its Chicago Facility

Aug. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- CHICAGO, Il., July 30, 2012 — Mainfreight USA, Inc., a $2 billion global logistics provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Reich as domestic branch manager at their new Chicago facility. Tim is originally from the Phoenix area and served in the US Army for 8 years. Tim has held positions in several capacities and markets, and upon moving to Chicago in 2006, took over a new operations and branch management position for a global freight forwarding company. After working in the industry for 14 years, Tim now oversees Mainfreight Chicago’s domestic, transborder, and warehousing/logistics products.
Tim believes that “The company has the right leadership in place, a good group of people and a sound business model. The potential exists to be the best in our industry.” Tim brings a knowledge base of domestic transport, proven leadership in our industry and a belief in Mainfreight core and values. The new Chicago branch is located on the west side of Chicago O’Hare Airport and just miles from all five Chicago railheads. It offers 90,000 square feet of 3PL and warehousing space to meet all customers’ logistics needs. The Chicago warehouse will facilitate AIR and OCEAN consolidations, is TSA certified and will offer 24/7 real-time web based inventory management visibility.
