Park Bridge Financial Named Operating Advisor to COMM 2012-CCRE2 Securitization

Aug. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- New York, NY – Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Bridge Financial LLC, a New York-based commercial real estate advisory firm, has been named Operating Advisor for the COMM 2012-CCRE2 $1.32 billion fixed-rate Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities transaction.  The securitization was led by Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and includes 64 loans secured by 98 properties including the controlling portion of a $300 million loan secured by a first-lien on the 1.3 million square foot Crossgates Mall in Albany, New York.
