Before joining Baden, Davis developed sales channels and grew markets as a Regional Vice President and Sales Director at two national 401(k) firms. A 30-year veteran in the 401(k) industry, he also managed a 401(k) compliance team prior to his sales experience.
Congdon has over 18 years of industry experience including 15 years at Baden in which he has been promoted from Consultant to Manager and now Sales Manager. His strong plan document, plan design and relationship management skills make him a natural for this Sales Manager position.
