We also have interview advice, free e-books, articles, and other resources that will allow visitors to create a great resume template.

It is a fact that the entire recruiting and hiring process all comes down to first impressions, and there are several of them. There is one when we submit our cover letter with our great resume. Then there is another at how we begin the cover letter. There is still another when we show up at our interview and yet another when we show up for our first day of work. And these are not even mentioning the times that we may have to interact with several different people during the entire hiring process.

The fact that we are being scrutinized shows that if we want to get hired we have to put in the work and our resume has a major impact on how we will fair. It has to be a great resume template!
