Cooking Class with Executive Chef Todd Paige and Pastry Chef Paul Raiz at Moondance Restaurant

Suwanee, Georgia – The Moondance Restaurant & Lounge announces its next series of cooking classes featuring Executive Chef Todd Paige and Pastry Chef Paul Raiz.  Participants will be actively involved not only in the preparing of the menu but then enjoying the feast of their efforts.  These interactive cooking classes start with a tour of the kitchen showcasing all the aspects of what happens behind the scenes of one of Gwinnett’s hottest new venues.  Classes run from 3:30pm – 5:30pm and feature:
   Kitchen tour
   1 on 1 instruction by Exec Chef Todd Paige or Pastry Chef Paul Raiz
   Recipes
   Enjoying food you prepared
   Complimentary cocktail/glass of wine
   Time to answer your questions
   Certificate of completion

Class 1: August 26:  Prepare our most popular appetizers Lentil Stew and our PEI Mussels prepared in a delicate white wine, cream sauce featuring tomatoes, shallots, garlic & basil
Class 2: Sept 9th: Spinach salad with warmed balsamic dressing followed by the featured entrée sautéed salmon with garlic and lemon asparagus accompanied with fingerling potatoes
Class 3: Sept 16th:  You are in for a treat as you learn from Pastry Chef Paul Raiz how to prepare our delicious Crème Brulee and NY Style Cheesecake.
These classes are appropriate for those with little to no experience as well as those with active enrollment in cooking classes.  The classes are designed to teach you the essential cooking techniques and equipment as well as exceptional hands on experience learning directly from leading chefs in Georgia.  
Executive Chef Todd Paige and Pastry Chef Paul Raiz share their experience and give you insider tips for enhancing your meals.  Previous participants unanimously stated that the personal interaction with both chefs was their favorite aspect of these courses.
Executive Chef Todd Paige has more than 25 years experience and has become one of the leading chefs in the area because of his unique combination of ingredients; masterfully creating exceptional meals from traditional items.  It’s his special “twists” that surprise and delight our diners and now you too can bring these twists to your meal.  While Executive Chef Todd Paige is a master of the kitchen, his style is not only informative but filled with humor.  It promises to be an afternoon out so invite your friends to join you.
