WHAT: Eastern Long Island residents will unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions at the Alzheimer’s Association’
The 5-mile (3.1-kilometer)
Walk to End Alzheimer’s participants will be able to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical trial enrollment, and support programs and services.

DIRECTIONS:
From the LIE: To Exit 72. Stay onto exit to Route 25 toward Riverhead. Take West Main Street (Route 25) into downtown Riverhead. After 3.2 miles, turn right onto Peconic Avenue. Grangebel Park is on the right-hand side.
From Sunrise Highway: Exit 61 for County Road 51/Couty Road 55 toward East Moriches/Riverhead/
