How It All Started:

Back in April of 2009 the Arafa family committed themselves and purchased Cahill Diner located in Inver Grove Heights. Zeze and Moody have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Having previously owned restaurants in the past they wanted to open another restaurant located in Eagan, after years and mouths of planning we bring to you Ze’s Diner. Our family is very excited to bring home cooking to you, friends and families. We found our love for diners through our Cahill Diner, giving us the opportunity to open a new diner from scratch giving you the full effect of a true diner. We are looking forward to serving you the community, and our family. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
