The company, which has opened its first area sales office in summer 2011 at 20 Commerce Drive in Wyomissing, has hired veteran real estate brokers Ed Jenkins and Arlene Lee Parisi to spearhead the expansion. Jenkins is well-known in Berks County with over 30 years in real estate brokerage and ownership – he was head of Berkshire Real Estate Network. Arlene Lee Parisi is a longtime sales manager and broker who has collaborated with Jenkins for a number of years. Parisi and her father, Richard H. Lee, operated RH Lee Realty for 9 years in the area.
“Ed Jenkins has generated some tremendous goodwill here in Berks County over three decades of serving the public – not to mention the respect he has garnered within the real estate industry” observed Ryan C. Hess, partner of Coldwel Banker Select Professionals. “Arlene Parisi is a consummate professional manager whose leadership we’re excited to bring to our Berks agent family”. Jenkins will operate as Regional Manager and Parisi as Wyomissing manager.
Already, a number of veteran real estate agents have announced their move to Coldwell Banker Select Professionals, and Jenkins expects to see many more in the coming months as the expansion proceeds. “We are building a first-class operation under the top real estate brand in the world” he commented this week.
