There are many different tips and strategies that can be pulled from this book, specifically talking about outsourcing certain tasks (which we are a big proponent of at Inventive Property Management), as well as evaluating what you really do with your time. I am of the belief that most people spend more time coming up with excuses or reasons why they can’t do something, when they could have already finished the task, or done something productive.
