The Patterson Law Firm, LLC Partners with Opportunity International to Help Entrepreneurs

Aug. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- CHICAGO, IL – The Patterson Law Firm, LLC, dedicated to helping businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs properly handle business lawsuits while facilitating effective business practices, has partnered with Opportunity International, a nonprofit that helps people in developing countries work their way out of poverty. The Patterson Law Firm, LLC has joined Opportunity International in their efforts to provide access to small business loans, savings, insurance and training to more than four million people in some of the world’s most remote and impoverished areas..

The Patterson Law Firm, LLC purchased an allotment of small business loans in the form of gift cards and are distributing them to their interns from Education First. As part of the company’s social corporate responsibility, the interns get to decide which Opportunity International businesses to invest in, giving them a voice in the company’s philanthropic choices. After contributing, The Patterson Law Firm, LLC can track the progress of the client and their loan repayment with regular email updates.

“We’ve had four interns from around the globe in our Chicago office this summer from Spain, Russia, India, and Italy,” said Thomas E.
