For those looking for a class sure to knock them of their feet, Boston Rock Gym, located in Woburn, MA, is creating body art with their Aerial Yoga classes. While loosening tight muscles and building stamina, this course instructed by Andrea Lucas is above your average work-out. Aerial yoga lessons are offered as semi-private classes on Wednesday mornings at 10:30AM & Thursday evenings at 7:30PM.
