Stooshe, the sensational R’n’B girl group from London, will be familiar to many already for their hits “Love Me” and “Black Heart” which both hit the top 10 in the UK charts this year. The three-piece, consisting of Alexandra Buggs, Karis Anderson and Courtney Rumbold, have been bringing their unique urban pop sound to Britain since 2011, when they released their first single “Betty Woz Gone”. More recently, they’ve announced that they’ll be supporting global superstar Nicki Minaj on her UK tour, meaning Stooshe are no doubt only set to get even bigger in 2013!
Joining Stooshe at Kempton on the 7th will be a man who needs little introduction:
Phil White, the General Manager for Kempton Park, said:
“We are delighted to have Stooshe and Scott Mills coming to Kempton Park. Both acts have such distinctive appeal and offer racegoers a unique opportunity for a great night out
There will be a great party atmosphere at Kempton on the first Friday in September. Along with some great racing action on the track, there will be some cutting edge entertainment on the stage. Music fans should not miss out on the opportunity to see the fabulous new girl band Stooshe.”
Tickets start from £12.80, if booked in advance (that’s right up to midday on the day of the racing), or £16 on the gate, for which you’ll get a classic night’s entertainment.
