Plate by Plate will feature tastes from over 25 acclaimed chefs and restaurants, including notables such as Farallon, Alexander's Steakhouse, Gitane / Cafe Claude, Credo, O3, Per Diem, Georges, Piperade to name a few. Premiere vintners and beverage purveyors including Chambord Vodka, St. Germain, Asahi Beer, VeeV, illy Coffee, Gundlach Bundschu, Grgich Hills Estate will pour their wines and signature drinks. Guests including San Francisco Supervisor David Chiu, Venture Capitalist Ernestie Fu, and Santa Clara District County District Attorney Edward Liang have expressed their support and will be in attendance.
All charitable proceeds garnered throughout the event will benefit Project by Project, a national volunteer organization of social entrepreneurs that serves Asian American nonprofits in need by raising public awareness, volunteerism, and capital. By partnering with a different under-served nonprofit each year and providing applied skills such as fundraising, marketing, PR consulting, event planning, strategic consulting, recruiting, and other assistance. Project by Project represents an innovative and uniquely valuable approach to community service. Project by Project SF, which has partnered with OASES and APA Family Support Services, celebrates its 15th year anniversary this year.
