I received my Kindle Fire HD as a Christmas present from my husband. I had actually asked for just the original Kindle, and he surprised me with the Kindle Fire HD. I haven't stopped using it since I got it! I love it! My oldest daughter wants one now lol. I definitely would recommend this to anyone. And, there is a free app called Sleep Sounds that I would also recommend to anyone that has difficulty sleeping. I have insomnia, and I have found that listening to the sounds on this app at night has not only helped me to get to sleep, but also to stay asleep and to sleep more soundly. My husband has even said that he sleeps better when he listens to it. I have had no issues with my Kindle Fire 1...I LOVE it!!!
