Mid-Range Certified Sales Specialists understand the PureFlex servers, networking, Flex Systems Manager software and services/offerings, as well as competitive offerings and what differentiates thePureFlex Systems family. This includes a broad knowledge base of the features, functions and benefits of PureFlex System solutions.
In addition, the Mid-Range PureFlex Sales Specialist knows the IBM support structure and available resources inside and out, and keeps up with IBM and industry trends in order to best position customer solutions.
The certified PureFlex Technical Support Specialist is skilled at evaluating IT infrastructure and understands the customer's business environment in order to ensure the design and implementation of appropriate solutions. This designation certifies that our Mid-Range staff is proficient in requirements analysis, systems architecture/design, and planning/installation of the IBM PureFlex system. Additionally, Mid-Range staff can provide ongoing support to ensure the customer is operational and that technical requirements are continually addressed.
