Sabadell United Bank hires Sandy Londono as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate

Aug. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- MIAMI – August 21, 2012 -- Veteran real estate professional Alexandra (Sandy) Londono has joined Sabadell United Bank as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate.
Ms. Londono, who will be based at the Sabadell Financial Center in Miami, will be responsible for relationship management and business development for the commercial real estate banking business throughout Sabadell United Bank’s Florida-wide marketplace. Her focus will be on establishing relationships with developers and real estate investors and developing solutions that meet their financial needs and objectives.

Ms. Londono joins Sabadell United Bank from Colliers International.  She is a seasoned real estate professional with 20 years of experience.  Her career activities have included assisting clients to provide and to obtain financing in all primary real estate capital markets.  She has directly participated in CRE transactions totaling $15 billion, both internationally and domestically, and has worked with clients spanning the range from middle market companies, private equity investors, high net worth clientele, institutional investors, and leading financial brokerage companies and intermediaries.
Ms. Londono holds a Masters from the University of Florida, Real Estate and Urban Analysis  Program.  She has past professional leadership roles with Colliers International and Joseph J. Blake.  She is active with leading national real estate programs such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and she is an active participant in various local community based organizations.
