SIA is the leading national charity for spinal cord injured people and is unique in that it is user led.
To be accepted on the list, legal practices must meet strict criteria set down by SIA which demonstrates their ability to provide services according to individual needs.
John McQuater, Head of Litigation, at Atherton Godfrey and a leading expert in the personal injury field said: “It’s so important that people are able to confidently select a legal practice that will ensure their interests are central at all times and is committed to ensuring the best possible outcome.”
According to the charity Aspire, each year in the UK there are around 1,200 people paralysed from a spinal cord injury - that’s one every 8 hours. The vast majority of these are the result of falls, road traffic accidents or sporting injuries.
