Beginning in late August, the three-month long tour will make appearances at dog-friendly events across the Western United States with a pop-up sampling promotion and canine activities for dogs and their owners.
Kicking off in Zuke’s home state of Colorado, the Fuel the Love Tour will make its first stop at the Bark and Bluegrass Festival in Fort Collins, Colo. on August 25.
From there, the tour meanders to major cities and dog-attended outdoor events throughout Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Texas, California and Oregon. Zuke’s tour highlights include a sampling bar, Camp Zuke’s doggie agility course, photo opportunities, and giveaways from tour sponsors. Teaming up as tour sponsors are outdoor-centric, dog-loving brands that promote the culture of getting outside with furry four-legged friends in tow (or racing ahead!). Fuel the Love Tour sponsors include:
• Cricket Trailer: The hottest camper commodity to date, this highly innovative, lightweight pop-up trailer is engineered to be hitched behind any towing-capable vehicle. Be on the lookout for the Zuke’s branded and wrapped Cricket, custom-built specifically to meet any camping dog’s needs.
• Ruff Wear: Performance dog gear inspired by all outdoor pursuits in any season, Ruff Wear is kicking in lots of swag for giveaways throughout the tour that pair perfectly with the endless free samples of tasty Zuke’s treats. Additionally, West Paw Design is donating more toys and pet products for more tour giveaways.
• Yakima and Trek Bikes: Roof racks get the tail-wagging nod of approval from dogs with gear-hauling owners for providing them with more space inside the car. A Yakima bike rack will be mounted atop the Cricket trailer and decked out with a pair of new Trek mountain bikes.
