CAB Receivables Management Legal Recovery Services Help Improve Recovery Probability

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 27, 2012 - We are pleased to announce the launching of our Legal Recovery Center at CAB Receivables Management.  In the collection of bad debts owed to businesses, there is often a need for heavier penalties that can be imposed on a debtor other than placing a collection on their file. Many debtors do not concern themselves with their credit files and placing a collection on their file has little effect in stimulating them to pay.  However, a good majority of these same debtors have a fear of the court system which in many cases inspires them to remit payments for their debt.

Once an account has been worked beyond the scope of payment by our Debt Recovery Services, it is referred to our Legal Recovery Center. Currently, we are working with balances up to $7500 to pursue a judgment against debtors in Small Claims Court if they refuse to pay.  We do accept larger balances if the client is willing to take the maximum amount of $7500 awarded by the Court.

We are very excited about the results we have obtained for many of our clients to date.  We anticipate an even greater impact in our collections with the introduction of our Legal Recover Center which will result in a greater increase of money collected for you.
