Helen Gutteling Atkinson, youngest daughter of Christiaan Gutteling, born and raised in The Republic of South Africa, became a U.S. citizen in 1984. She is presently living in Texas. She worked a year and a half on the manuscripts of Christiaan Gutteling and published this book. “Capturing individual stories from our past enlightens our present and our future.”
