PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 19, 2012 - MediaAria CDM are proud to announce that our publishing house have been accepted by the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) on their list of approved publishers of Young Adult fiction.  SCBWI serves as a non-profit network for the exchange of knowledge between writers, illustrators, editors, publishers, agents, librarians, educators, booksellers and others involved with literature for young people.

Following in the footsteps of acclaimed Young Adult Fiction writers such as J.K.Rowlings and Philip Pullman, Craig MacLachlan, a Graduate of North Mason High School, USA, and Bernice Agyekwena, a noted journalist based in Ghana with a Masters from the Pontifical Gregorian University of Rome, has both signed with United Kingdom Publisher, MediaAria CDM Ltd, to have their respective and much anticipated debut novels, ' Sierra Winters and The Void: Summer's Shadow' and ‘The Beardless Man of Tornabia and Other Stories’, published.

‘The Beardless Man of Tornabia and Other Stories’ by Bernice Agyekwena, a collection of original African fairy tales, is due out in Spring 2013. ‘Sierra Winters and The Void: Summer’s Shadow’, the first of a planned series of novels about seventeen year old Sierra Winters who discovers 'The Void', a realm filled with mystery, intrigue, danger and love, is due out the following year in Spring 2014.
