Prof. S. K Kak, Vice Chancellor, MTU was the chief guest of the session along with Mr R. K Agrawal from JNU.
The ceremony began by lamp lighting by the chief guest.
Prof Kak discussed that earlier systems available were not so powerful in terms of Memory, Word Length and Computational Power but today machines with these features are available. The Kind of compression and throughput today is something that one desires few decades back.
He told about learning process also, that if it is done in right proportion at right time and in right sequence, learning will be a pleasure.
For FDP’s he said these programes not only develop teachers but it tries to explore together to make better understanding of enormous technologies available.
The event was preceded by the technical session by Mr R K Agrawal from JNU. He started by giving introduction of Neural Network and its applications.
The event was coordinated by Dr Sunayna Jain.
